Overlooking the estuary where the river meets the sea, The Old Quay House in Fowey is a boutique hotel and restaurant set within a beautifully restored Victorian building.Samphire, the hotel’s new Cornish Coastal Kitchen, celebrates bold, seasonal dishes while offering diners uninterrupted views across the harbour – a setting as memorable as the menu.Working alongside the team at Burns Design, Carlick Contract Furniture was appointed to supply bespoke loose furniture and fixed seating throughout the restaurant, along with selected additions to the hotel’s guest rooms. The result is a cohesive, welcoming interior that complements both the historic character of the building and its stunning coastal surroundings. If you have a project planned for 2026 and would like to explore how we can support you, complete our contact form, email enquiries@carlick.co.uk, or call our office on 0161 727 3090.To view more of our recent projects, click here.
